When you have completed a transaction using a link from UKGains.com you are entitled to receive the Cash Back value stated on the listing. Cash Back values are correct at the time of writing, however we cannot guarantee they will be 100% accurate and you may notice some slight discrepancy’s in your cash back value. This usually occurs due to Merchants changing their commission values based on their latest promotion etc.
UKGains.com members will only be entitled to receive Cash Back if they have signed in and then used the UKGains.com link to the Merchant site before completing the transaction wholly online. If this is not the case then UKGains.com will be unable to track your transaction.
The transactions you make following a UKGains.com link to a Merchant site are with the Merchant and not UKGains.com. UKGains.com simply tracks your referral and transaction with the Merchant and rewards you with Cash Back for completing the transaction. The details of the transaction are between you and the Merchant.
All transactions are tracked by third party networks who act on behalf of the Merchant and UKGains.com. The networks report back to UKGains.com and the Merchants with the transaction figures. UKGains.com does everything in its power to make sure all transactions are tracked accurately but cannot take responsibility for any transactions which are not tracked accurately or if any errors occur. If there is a problem UKGains.com will contact the network and Merchant personally and attempt to recover the Cash Back, however the Merchant’s decision is final. If the Merchant reverses a complete transaction UKGains.com will not receive a referral fee and you will not receive Cash Back.
Transaction and Payment records
When you complete a transaction, a record of it will appear on the Transaction page of your user area. When the Merchant has validated the transaction the Cash Back value will appear under the Validated heading. When UKGains.com receives the payment from the Merchant the Cash Back value will appear under the Received heading. When UKGains.com send the payment to you the Cash Back value will appear under the Paid heading. The payment which may include other transactions will then be recorded in the Payment page of your user area.
Please note that UKGains.com cannot make any payment to users until it has received payment from the Merchants. Some Merchants can pay from 2 - 3 months in arrears so some patience may be required.
Payments will be sent to you on a monthly basis. You will be sent the balance of your account at the end of each month. The minimum value for payment is £5.00.
Membership Accounts
UKGains.com operates a one person to one account policy. If a member is found to be using multiple accounts or allowing multiple people to use one account, UKGains.com reserve the right to revoke their membership without any prior notice. UKGains.com reserves the right to refuse membership without giving a reason and to revoke memberships from people found to be under the age of 18 or who are not resident in the UK. Any commission which is left in suspended accounts will be lost.
Fraudulent Transactions
If a member has transactions in their account which have been generated fraudulently the account will be suspended immediately and all transactions will be held in the account. Fraudulent transactions will be flagged up by the Merchant and whilst UKGains.com will negotiate with Merchants to ensure members are treated fairly the Merchants decision is final.
UKGains.com links
UKGains.com links can only be used by clicking on them on the UKGains.com website. Anybody found to be using UKGains.com links outside the UKGains.com site will have their account suspended and their earnings held in the account.
Dormant accounts
If an account has not been logged in to for a period of 18 months the account will be considered dormant and will be suspended. Any commission in the account will be lost.
